How much does it cost you to join?
APEX offers several membership options to meet your needs. You can join in person at APEX or sign up online. Please give us a call at 832-348-6377 and speak to a team member about our current membership options.

How do I cancel my membership?
While we hate to see you end your fitness journey with us, you can cancel your membership in one of the following ways:
- Visit Apex and speak to a team member about canceling your membership.
- Mail a cancellation notice to 9701 Spencer Hwy, La Porte, Tx 77571

How do I freeze my membership?
In certain circumstances, you may be eligible to temporarily freeze your membership for a short period of time. If this is something you would like to explore, please contact Apex during the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.

How do I update my billing/payment information?
To update your billing information, please visit the APEX Gym's front desk. Our staff will take care of you!

Can I add a family member to my plan?
Each member at APEX must have their own membership and we do not offer family packages. However, the accounts can be linked via billing information if you are wanting to pay for a family member’s membership.

What is the annual fee?
It is a yearly fee billed to maintain your membership at our fitness center.

Can I prepay my membership a year in advance?
Currently, APEX offers a discounted rate for paying for a year in full!

What are the club hours?
APEX is open and staffed 24/7!

What amenities do you offer?
APEX is proud of the outstanding amenities we have to offer, including but not limited to the largest selection of fitness equipment in the area, a hot sauna, group exercise classes, full luxury locker rooms, red light therapy, hydromassage, compression therapy, cold therapy, Inbody scanning, 3D body imaging, percussion therapy, and much more!

What is APEX's dress code?
APEX's dress code requires laced shoes or athletic styled shoes. APEX does not allow the following:

Jeans
Slides
Cover Alls

How do I check in at the gym?
Please download the APEX mobile app and scan your barcode at the reception desk.

Do you offer personal training?
Absolutely! We have expert trainers who focus on a positive body image and provide a built-in accountability partner who will help you achieve the results you want. Please visit APEX or call 832-348-6377 for more information.

Do you offer lockers?
Yes! Lockers are available in our locker rooms on a per-visit basis.
Lockers are for daily use only.
- Please secure your valuables in a locker with a lock and do not leave them visible inside your car.
- Our lockers have built in combination locks that you can set each use, so no need to bring a lock!
APEX is not responsible for lost or damaged articles inside or outside of the facility.

What is proper gym etiquette?
It’s important to us that our members and guests always feel safe and comfortable during their workouts. Here are a few expectations we feel ensure everyone has the best workout possible:
- Wipe down equipment after use
- Re-rack the equipment you use.
- No dropping weights.
- Share the equipment between sets.
- Equipment can only be used on the workout floor.
- Personal workout equipment is not allowed.
- Personal training and/or coaching may only be performed by APEX team members.
- Must be fully clothed, including athletic footwear. No open-toed shoes.
- No staring, harassing, or fighting.
- No children allowed on workout floor or equipment.
- Weights are NOT allowed on cardio equipment or in the sauna.
- Personal speakers of any kind are not allowed anywhere within the facility.
- No excessively loud phone calls on the fitness floor.

Do you offer child care?
APEX does not offer child care.

Are there any requirements to workout?
The safety of our members and their families is a top priority for us, which is why we have established the following age requirements when utilizing our facilities.
- Ages 18 and older can sign an agreement and work out by themselves.
- Ages 16 – 17 must have a parent sign an agreement on their behalf and can work out by themselves.
- Ages 13 – 15 require a parent to sign a membership agreement and must have a parent member with them throughout the course of their workout.
- Ages below 13 are not allowed in the facility.

Do you offer group training classes?
Group training classes are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Members can sign up for classes through the APEX mobile app.

How do I purchase a guest pass?
Please visit APEX to purchase and utilize a day pass.

Do you offer a single month pass?
We do not offer temporary or single-month memberships. You may sign up for a No Contract Membership that permits you to cancel anytime.

As a member, am I allowed to bring a guest with me?
- A member may bring a guest with them; however, the guest must purchase a guest pass each visit.
- Guests must meet age requirements.
- Guests must present a valid state-issued I.D.
- All guests must sign a waiver before working out.
- Guests can visit the club during normal club hours.
